Lynne and I had to walk through this water across the trail to get to Mendenhall Glacier. It was well worth it when we got there and saw how amazing Nugget Falls was with the glacier as it's backdrop. The only problem was when we came back on the trail the water had risen even more. Our shoes were completely soaked and it took three days for them to dry out. It was fun though and made for great memories of a fabulous trip.

Juneau was my least favorite port of all. It was a junky little town with tons of jewelry stores along it's main street.
